Most importantly, what steps are you taking to bring this into fruition? Vision planning is looking where you are now and making a goal plan to get you to your dream home.
Financial Preparation/ Credit Review
Financial preparation is when we take a realistic dive into your personal finances, credit and work experience. We partner with several local nonprofit organizations that provide everything from self paced financial courses to home ownership advisors. We will make recommendations based on each individual’s criteria.
First time homebuyer info session
First time homebuyer information sessions are designed to provide future home buyers a brief glimpse into the home buying process. We highlight import details and explain what it means to work with a CSE Agent.
Rent to Own info sessions
Do you still need to work on your credit? Do you still need to save money? Did you just start your job? Can’t qualify for a traditional mortgage but want to be in your home now?
